Urban and trendy, yet warm and welcoming, Oudeland is run by an enthusiastic team who bring the place to life. Their passion shines through in the way they present their impressive selection of natural wines and express their deep connection to Texel. Any produce not grown in their own garden is sourced from local suppliers on the island. Pan-seared haddock, for example, is served with pasta made of locally milled flour, a brunoise of kohlrabi and a shellfish emulsion packed with character. The chefs showcase their terroir in creative dishes, keeping diners on their toes with a new set menu every month.
