A stone's throw from rue Gabriel Péri, two young chefs have transformed an old wine cellar into an intimate bistro. Trained with the Ducasse group, Léopold Gillen is to be found in the kitchen, while Maxime Renvaze provides cordial and attentive service, as well as recommendations from a wine cellar composed of some 100 carefully selected labels. This seasonal, technical and flavourful cuisine features perfectly balanced seasoning and carefully crafted details: pâté en croûte with foie gras, pork, duck and venison; hay-smoked duck, squash and juniper juice. Great-value lunch set menu and short evening menu.
