Bull’s eye: you can enjoy the knockout view over the Flemish Ardennes as much as you like thanks to Zicht’s immense picture windows. The experience is even better on the terrace. Get ready to be pampered by a veteran couple: Hélène graciously supervises the dining room, while Kwinten crafts a subtle Franco-Belgian score that unveils his talent and craftsmanship. An example: ballotine of pheasant, salsifies and endives, flanked by an amazing sauce made out of the bones and enhanced with cognac and cranberries. There is also a vegetarian version of his seasonal set menu with several courses.
