Since then, the place has earned a loyal following, and it's packed nightly with eager diners who come here as much for the ambience as the food. In high season, you'll need to book well in advance, though solo diners can almost always find a perch at the bar. 
It's the essence of beach dining here in this jungle-like setting where the menu is everchanging. Consult the blackboard for the day's offerings, all based on what's freshest at the market, though ceviche and grilled local fish are likely candidates.
