This über-smart steak restaurant is secreted away on the ground floor of the Zunda Towers skyscraper and comes with cowhides mounted to look like bulls, hence the name. Forgo starters and enjoy a generous plate of cured meats and salamis from their farm, then move on to a superb steak from Latvia, Spain, California, Japan or Australia. Accompany this with a side – the crispy potatoes with thyme are a must – and one of their freshly made sauces in myriad flavours. The 300+ bin wine list is beautifully curated, with some of the North American classics creating the perfect pairings.
