Located right next to the cable car station, Hotel Lamark is run by Alexander Fankhauser. The restaurant boasts a number of cosy, tastefully designed dining areas with classic Alpine-style decor. The varied menu features both traditional regional fare and more ambitious creations to be ordered à la carte or as part of a set menu. Options include veal lights in a Riesling sauce, Tafelspitz (prime boiled beef) with all the trimmings and confit char fillet with pointed cabbage, greaves dumplings and a mustard sauce. There is also a fine selection of wines. Affording panoramic views, the terrace is a delightful spot all year round.
