Transferred to Ul. Huga Badalića 19. The proposal of young chef Marko Turković, originally from the picturesque island of Korčula, stands out for its originality and courage. We are located in the authentic and popular district of Trešnjevka, just as the restaurant itself is authentic and Spartan, deliberately informal, almost chaotic, animated by a "punk" energy that the owner wishes to share with his guests. The scene is all about the cuisine, which is serious business here: a single blind tasting menu (in five or six courses, depending on the time of year), focusing on Croatian ingredients cooked mostly over a wood fire. The result is a gastronomic journey of ancient techniques and contemporary ideas, such as tasty oyster mushrooms in meat broth or lamb with caramelized milk cream. An experience designed for the most curious palates.
