This restaurant's "Comfort Fine Dining" concept comes to life in modern, seasonal cuisine rooted in classical traditions, presented in a four- or five-course set menu with optional wine pairing. The set menu begins at 7pm; à la carte is available all evening, with tempting dishes such as "Cabbage & Roots – beetroot, red cabbage and raspberries from last summer" and "Brüggli char – fennel, citrus and mussel beurre blanc".
