The name of this Japanese restaurant, located very close to the historic Alcazaba, highlights its working philosophy in its combination of two key words: Ta (artisan) and Kumi (maestro). In the meticulous interior, combining an oriental and contemporary decor with a sushi bar and a few tables on the ground floor (there’s another dining room upstairs), choose between an extensive à la carte and a tasting menu option entitled Matsuri (to which an extra Wagyu course can be added).
