In the Neustadt district, the former Hôtel des Postes – a monumental Prussian building – has undergone a complete renovation. The name ("Dear Friend") and decor of this spacious brasserie are inspired by letter writing… but rather a love note or a business letter? The choice is yours! Peruse the carefully devised menu of traditional dishes such as sauerkraut, beef tartare, bouchée à la reine, beef tenderloin with Bordelaise sauce, fish terrine and lobster bisque. A contemporary setting and good value for money – definitely something to write home about!
