Chef Chet Sharma’s buzzy Mayfair restaurant is named after his grandmothers (bibis), Kamal and Ranjana, and there’s often a family story behind each creation on the evening set menu, which offers around 10 courses. A seat at the counter is therefore a must, to watch Sharma and his team prepare and explain the history of each detailed dish. The menu starts with intriguing and varied snacks like Kala Channa and Oxford Blue Malai Kofta; other standouts from the experience include Sharmaji's Lahori Chicken and Ajwaini Scallops.
