After finding success with the TWO-MICHELIN-Star Venta Moncalvillo, the Echapresto Brothers have embarked on another project in Spain’s La Rioja wine region with the opening of Palacio de los Ángeles. The brothers have restored and transformed an 18th-century baroque palace into a collection of stylish and contemporary rooms and apartment-style residences and, unsurprisingly, oversee the menu of the relaxed restaurant themselves. They’ve also carefully curated the wine bar’s well-stocked cellar, which is home to the world's largest collection of Rioja Q.D.O. Wellness has also being thought about, with a small space dedicated to a gym, spa area, and beauty treatments.
