Since 1947, this pink stucco landmark has been Palm Beach's most recognizable address, hosting royalty, presidents, and movie stars with equal measures of glamor and irreverence. Current owners Sarah and Andrew Wetenhall restored it with Kemble Interiors, preserving the scalloped headboards, patterned wallpapers, and retro-tropical color schemes: green, blue, and pink, that made it iconic in the first place. Swifty's restaurant and the outdoor pool bar keep a lively local crowd coming through year-round, and the fourteen top-floor residences, including a Gwyneth Paltrow-designed villa, are in a category of their own.
