Bib Gourmand: good quality, good value cooking
This Japanese restaurant may appear small and rather simple, but... it has everything it needs to succeed! Run by a friendly couple, it features subtle oriental-inspired decor and has a glass-walled kitchen so you can see chef Tatsuya Iwasaki at work, always focused on producing dishes that exude flavour, tradition and honesty through a methodical approach. The proposal, focused on local products and traditional preparation, is centred around two exquisite tasting menus: Youkoso (only available at lunchtime on weekdays) and Omakase (we especially liked the wagyu course and the creative dessert called Chocojada). Let the head waitress and sommelier, María José Vázquez, advise you on the wine pairing!
