An elegant restaurant with a decor inspired by the Far East, run by siblings María Li Bao and Felipe Bao, which stands out equally for its high-quality cuisine and its location in the busiest commercial section of the city’s Salamanca district. Here, the team recreates the flavours of Imperial China, including mouthwatering bao buns and dim sum (like any of their Xiao Long Bao or the 5A Wagyu Dim sum lightly smoked with caramelised soy), alongside Yuxiang-style Chinese aubergines, spicy diced chicken with chilli and cashews in a Sichuan sauce, plus the restaurant’s signature dish, the exquisite Peking duck. The extensive à la carte is complemented by a tasting menu.
