Renowned Portuguese chef Henrique Sá Pessoa is the creator of the enticing set menus at this trendy, cosmopolitan establishment. Home-style dishes are expertly given a modern twist, perhaps even a little Asian finesse, but the portions remain typically generous. Raw yellowtail, for example, is thinly sliced and dressed with a zesty coriander and citrus marinade, complemented by dried mulberries for a hint of sweetness, bread croutons, sea buckthorn and radish julienne. Delicious! The bespoke cocktails are fabulous, as is lunch in the cool bar.
