In the attractive Bülow Palais in Dresden's Baroque Quarter, the bistro and winter garden have been combined into Caroussel Nouvelle, with a stylish interior by acclaimed designer Carlo Rampazzi. At lunch and dinner, an appealing à la carte menu is available alongside a three- or four-course set menu. The cooking is inspired by both French and regional traditions and shaped by the seasons. The flavour, technical skill and quality of the ingredients are all equally strong. Classics feature as well as more modern creations.
