This restaurant specialises in cuisine from Taishan City, Guangdong. One of their signatures is guo bian, a noodle soup made by pouring rice batter along the rim of a very hot wok – the broad noodles are silky and bouncy; the milky broth is deeply flavoured by radish, oysters and dried shrimps.
