The Fairmont Doha is a striking property by Lusail Marina and this Indian restaurant occupies a position on its first floor, with full-length windows facing the ever-changing landscape. The plush white surroundings are matched by a well-organised service team, while the kitchen produces colourful and artistically plated dishes – their kulcha is a must for enjoying the excellent dals.
