Delicious and perfectly presented traditional Czech cuisine! With passion and culinary expertise, the kitchen team cooks up regional classics such as braised duck leg, rabbit and trout. A special mention goes to the Carlsbad dumplings – really delicious, fluffy bread dumplings! The moderately priced lunch special is very popular. The decor is chic and modern, and the service is friendly and professional. The restaurant is housed in the venerable Hotel Aplaus, very close to the market square, and boasts gorgeous guestrooms. Fun fact about the town: A UNESCO World Heritage Site, the castle is the birthplace of composer Bedřich Smetana.
