MICHELIN Guide Ceremony

We are pleased to announce the complete and comprehensive list of MICHELIN Star establishments in the third edition of The MICHELIN Guide Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang 2025.

The 2025 MICHELIN Guide selection in Vietnam features a record 181 establishments: 9 One MICHELIN Star (1 new, 1 promoted), 2 MICHELIN Green Star (1 new), 63 Bib Gourmand (9 new), and 109 MICHELIN Selected (14 new)

83 restaurants, including three new One-Starred, shine in the 2025 MICHELIN Guide Nara. 3 restaurants are newly joining the selection directly with One MICHELIN Star and 1 establishment with a Bib Gourmand, one new MICHELIN Green Star is shining over Nara.

The MICHELIN Guide presents its 16th restaurant selection for Kyoto and Osaka, recommending an unprecedented number of 469 restaurants.

The popular belief about the MICHELIN Guide is that it’s all about the stars, but don’t forget about Bib Gourmand too! Bib Gourmand awarded restaurants are adored by their many diners, because these restaurants offer satisfaction beyond what you’d expect for the price.
