Here at the corner of rue Marquette and rue Gilford, on the Plateau-Mont-Royal, a quartet of co-owners, including chefs Danny Smiles and Mitch Laughren, cook up a storm. The feast is served in an elegant space decorated with premium materials and bathed in natural light. The contemporary menu borrows from both the English-speaking world and the French: lamb's heart with remoulade and bottarga; smoked mussels with braised leeks; guinea fowl chasseur-style; onglet steak with perfectly cooked potatoes and a peppercorn sauce… not to mention a delicious seasonal millefeuille. The cocktail menu is short but curated nicely and updated regularly.
