In this trendy bistro with a fashionable industrial slant, the chef showcases his culinary skills. These tend towards the creative and the chef is not afraid to try out distinctive flavours: Isère trout, lentils in fermented milk, sorrel and curly kale crisps; French toast-style Japanese milk bread rolls, miso-laced caramel and tonka cream. Set lunchtime menu, à la carte in the evening with more upmarket ingredients. The well-curated wine list demonstrates a distinct preference for Burgundies.
