The Rupprecht family keep things cosy in their pretty, traditional restaurant. Rustic details such as brick vaulted ceilings and natural stone walls combine with more modern touches to create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. There are two set menus and an appealing à la carte selection. The flavourful dishes take inspiration from both regional and classic recipes – think Label Rouge salmon fillet prepared confit-style in brown butter, with chives, lemon and Maldon sea salt. Somewhat simpler but no less tempting are dishes such as pork fillet with a peppercorn sauce or beef cheeks in vegetable broth. The terrace out front is inviting in summer.
