Chef Alejandro Bello is the heart and soul of this restaurant, part of the Green Garden Eco Resort and surrounded by verdant golf courses. His cuisine is focused around a reasonably extensive à la carte featuring great classics such steak tartare and sirloin steak Pedro Ximénez, various rice options (for two people), innovative, locally inspired recipes, and even a section which pays homage to his mother Rosario, such as the “Ropa Vieja” goat stew and rabbit empanadillas with salmorejo.
