South of Falset, just behind the beautiful building that houses the town's Cooperative Winery, this restaurant has taken a new direction under the leadership of chef Rafel Muria, who is flying high with his proposal at the award-winning Quatre Molins (in nearby Cornudella de Montsant, about 23 km (15 miles) away). In the dining room, sober yet elegant and with good views of the regional castle-museum that today delves into the history of El Priorat, you will find an à la carte service, a daily set lunch menu and three more tasting menus. We loved the scarlet prawn with potato parmentier ‘Robuchon’!
