A casual and informal restaurant that showcases cuisine from Mexico’s Pacific coast, albeit with a lighter touch and a focus on fish and seafood. Chef Roberto Ruiz, who rose to fame for being the first chef to win a Michelin Star for a Mexican restaurant in Europe (at the now defunct Punto MX), surprises with daring guacamoles, delicious ceviches, succulent tacos... and a sea bass a la talla, with red guajillo chile marinade and green poblano chile marinade, that captivates the palate. The menu is complemented by an economical lunch menu (on weekdays) and a tasting menu which is paired with Don Julio tequila!
