Located within the walls of the Hotel Único Madrid, in the city’s Salamanca district, this restaurant boasts a bistro-style ambience, a classically furnished and renovated interior design, plus a terrace in the courtyard. At the helm here is experienced chef Mario Valles, who showcases traditional cuisine with a Mediterranean flavour and the occasional international flourish. His à la carte features sharing and tapas-style options, alongside dishes such as grilled brown crab with avocado and chilli pepper, the delicious Cornish hen and, for dessert, the candied lemon with citrus ganache.
