Named after the owner’s late mother, Madame Lân exudes Hoi An flair with its decor and lanterns. The sprawling yellow house is surrounded by water features, boasting both indoor and outdoor seating. The chef rolls out an extensive culinary lineup that covers every facet of Vietnamese cuisine, including the signature dish of Da Nang: fried fish summer roll.
