On the banks of the Alardos gorge, restoring a mill that exudes pure authenticity, with stone walls, this establishment is a tribute to peace and quiet. There is a good bar area at the entrance (with a fireplace and curious-looking tables that reuse old millstones) as well as a simple dining room, both spaces with a warm rustic feel. What’s on offer?
