Meaning "smile" in Thai, Yim is the third restaurant opened by the Klanklong brothers, after L'Orchidée and Yam, and it follows in their footsteps: modern, expressive and balanced Thai cuisine based on fine ingredients – Iberian pork, Angus beef, Label-Rouge-quality Corsican salmon. Vibrant and lively, the dishes impress with their clear interplay of spices and acidity.
