This nostalgic brasserie enjoys an idyllic location in the courtyard of Bourglinster Castle, together with a terrace on the ramparts commanding knockout views. The warm welcome is perfectly emblematic of the establishment’s sincerity and hospitality. The food is mostly plant based, but there is also a separate menu including generous fish and meat dishes. The rich velvety cauliflower risotto paired with smoked salmon and crushed hazelnuts is a shining example of this bold, no-holds barred cuisine, which is inspired by the surrounding countryside.
