Examples: organic meurette-style egg; pork belly confit in saté, buckwheat spaetzle and lemon grass-laced mushroom stock; upside-down apple pie with Madagascan vanilla-spiked Isigny cream… Succulent flavours and generous helpings at excellent value for pleasure.
