Uma Estrela : uma cozinha de grande nivel
This welcoming, beautifully kept restaurant in the heart of the verdant Brianza region has two dining rooms: one with exposed stonework that gives it a rustic feel, the other more modern and elegant in style. Chef Mauro Elli moves easily between classic Italian favourites, occasionally adding his own individual touch to the dishes. His imaginative reinterpretations demonstrate a fascination with the sea (despite the restaurant’s geographical location), while the menu also offers “daily game specials” throughout the year. One of the most delicious dishes on the menu is the bottoni pasta in a Milanese sauce, served with tender quail and parmesan cream.
