Opened in another location in the second half of the 19th century, the restaurant later moved here and is now in its fifth generation, with the kitchen entrusted to the young and talented Leon Pintarič. In the welcoming and refined dining rooms, the chef – who is deeply attached to his region – showcases some of the most representative ingredients of the area, creating modern and meticulously prepared dishes. Marinated trout with smoked buckwheat, dödoli – (potato and wheat gnocchi) with mushrooms and prekmurska gibanica among the desserts are just some of the creations that will make you fall in love with his extraordinary cuisine.
