Niek and Paul Hartering's cheerful establishment has the feel of a French bistro. Having become a beloved haunt for many Amsterdammers, the place is always packed – be sure to book! The menu features market-fresh fusion cuisine and, as you might expect, changes frequently, depending on what produce is at its best on any given day. A dish that perfectly exemplifies the chefs' culinary style is their rich chicken liver mousse with toasted brioche, pickled cauliflower and crispy chicken skin.
