Le Moulin has been running like a well-oiled machine since 1986, thanks to charming hostess Yvonne and chef Frans Glas. This warm and cosy restaurant makes for an ideal setting in which diners (re)discover the distinctive cuisines of France and Flanders. Ultra-fresh North Sea sole, for instance, is pan-fried à la meunière in time-honoured tradition and served alongside a potato gratin with a golden brown crust. No gimmicks, just authentic flavours and wonderful sauces. Salmon is still smoked according to an old family recipe. And when it comes to wine, you're in great hands with Yvonne.
