This dinky traditional restaurant in the town centre sports a bistro vibe, while rustic touches bear witness to the establishment’s age. The veteran chef concocts a modern, hearty score based on what his suppliers bring in fresh daily and in which spices are cast in the leading role: vieille (fish) with crunchy veggies in curcuma and rouille sauce; five spice leg of lamb; upside down apple pie, creamy pistachio and orange blossom.
