The location on the Schlossberg (castle hill) is fantastic in its own right: located right beside Vauban fortress, the business travellers' hotel that houses this restaurant towers over the city and affords a one-of-a-kind view – best enjoyed from the terrace. The interior is also delightful with its sleek contemporary design, coupled with panoramic vistas through generous windows. The menu changes with the seasons and features classic dishes with international twists. Order à la carte or opt for the set menu of the month (three or four courses).
