Housed within an elegant stone building along the road leading into the heart of Colle, Barbagianni welcomes its guests into a warm and evocative setting: at the centre of the dining room stands a magnificent stabilised oak tree, illuminated by small lights that heighten its spectacular presence. Youthful and playful in its approach, the cuisine aims for a delightful balance between technique and flavour, featuring dishes that blend creativity with a sense of familiarity. The menu offers two tasting menus, alongside an à la carte option that encompasses meat, seafood and plant-based dishes, all designed to showcase the seasonality and quality of the ingredients. Completing the experience, a dynamic and good-humoured front-of-house team, attentive to the needs of each guest and always on hand to recommend the most fitting wine to accompany every creation.
