De Mandemaker has plenty of aces up its sleeve, such as a terrace on the inner harbour, the captivating blend of chic and cosiness both indoors and out, and guestrooms across the way. The extensive menu (slightly more limited at lunchtime) highlights the chef's versatility and his predilection for fish.
