"Just a few tables arranged in a simple, minimalist dining room, facing the open kitchen: the focus here is on chef Giuliano Baldessari and his creative culinary interpretations. There is a restricted selection of dishes available à la carte but, if you really want to enter his culinary world, opt for one of the surprise tasting menus, the first of which consists of ten dishes, served if you’re visiting for the first time, while the last comprises sixteen. Whatever you choose, you can expect sophisticated, imaginative cuisine of the highest standard.
