Wholehearted and talented, virtuoso chef Olivier Dewulf has taken up abode in this handsome town house, which boasts a classical interior depicted by high ceilings, soft lighting and a delightful terrace. Saint Christophe is the epitome of character and sophistication. The menu reveals a classical bent, crafted indulgently and carefully and strewn in subtle creative notes. You may taste a velvety foie gras laced with cognac, or melt-in-the-mouth cod enhanced by a beurre blanc to die for. We heartily recommend the establishment’s signature set menu.
