This quintessential rural inn on the way into a tiny village, perched high up on the plateaux of the Monts du Forez at an altitude of 1,150m, is home to Julien Magne. The chef rustles up colourful, inventive dishes with a playful approach that will bring a smile to your face! The desserts are of the same calibre: a sweet-toothed pâté en croûte, apple quince and chestnut ice cream, or French toast of brioche with pinenuts and orange and a roquette-laced ice cream!
