On the edge of the Peak District near Chesterfield, Casa Hotel is a 100-room independent property that has built its reputation largely around Cocina, its steakhouse restaurant. The kitchen is the only one in Derbyshire to run both a Josper Grill and a DRY AGER dry-aging cabinet, and much of the beef comes directly from the owners' Walton Lodge Farm Estate. Rooms range from standard doubles to suites with hot tubs on the balcony, two also have saunas. Barça Bar covers cocktails and drinks at ground level, and eleven conference rooms make it a practical choice for corporate groups.
