All'Oro

This restaurant at the beautiful Raphael hotel (the only vegetarian restaurant in Rome listed in The Michelin Guide) is the result of the hotel’s partnership with the great Pietro Leemann, a forerunner of “green” haute cuisine. The cuisine here is prepared using organic and biodynamic ingredients and has earned the restaurant the coveted Michelin Green Star for sustainable gastronomy. Resident chef Sumon Kan also offers vegan versions of many of the dishes on the menu.
