Maison Lameloise sits in a former coaching inn along the old Route Nationale 6, the historic north-south artery through Burgundy. The Lameloise family took it over in 1921, and three generations ran the kitchen before handing it to chef Eric Pras in 2009. Pras, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France, continues the house's reputation for precise, rooted cooking. The hotel has 16 air-conditioned rooms, each distinct in style but sharing a soft elegance: thoughtful interiors in a village that once served as a natural stopover between Paris and the Mediterranean.
