Matching the architecturally striking design hotel of the same name, this upscale fine dining restaurant impresses with its chic, minimalist style. The interior boasts leather shell chairs, elegant hardwood floors and grey panelling on the walls – a lovely setting in which to enjoy a modern menu made with selected ingredients, to the sound of contemporary background music – choose four- to six courses. Incidentally, chef-patron Wolfgang Becker is not only a cook – as the son of a winegrowing family (now in its fifth generation), he has also trained as a winemaker. He shares his passion for fine wines with his wife Christine Becker, herself a winemaker and sommelier, who oversees the vineyard. Naturally, wines from their own estate are among the options to accompany the excellent food.
