A neat bistro with an Argentine and Mediterranean soul, located opposite the versatile CondeDuque Contemporary Culture Centre (once a huge baroque-style barracks, built at the beginning of the 18th century). It has a unique character and is not devoid of personality, since it occupies what was an old café and maintains a certain retro or vintage air about it, with unpolished walls (they prefer to keep them chipped, so that they can tell us their story) and slender wrought iron columns. The food is designed for sharing, successfully fusing Spanish and Argentine flavours with some touches from other parts of the world. Its small menu includes grilled meats, of course, but it does not focus too heavily on them, instead offering other very interesting ‘little dishes’, such as the crispy empanada of knife-cut meat or the juicy cured trout, with a touch of spice.
