Need to Know

• INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT:
• - A deposit of PHP 5,000 net per room per night in the form of cash or credit card will be collected upon check-in. This will be automatically released after check-out if no additional room charges are incurred during the stay.
• ENVIRONMENTAL AND TERMINAL FEES:
• - The Local Government of Aklan mandates the collection of Environmental and Terminal fees. These will be collected per person via the iPass website: https://www.boracayipass.ph/. Rates are subject to change. The QR codes generated from the website will be verified by the hotel upon check-in.
• ROOM CAPACITY:
• - Maximum capacity per room is 2 adults and 2 children, 11 years old and below. A maximum of two children, 11 years old and below, can stay for free if sharing a room with parents and using the existing bed set-up. Breakfast is free of charge for children eleven (11) years old and below (maximum of two children per room). Children 12 years old and above will be considered adults.
• ADDITIONAL PERSON CHARGE AND AIRPORT TRANSFER:
• - Additional adult charge is at PHP3,400 net, inclusive of round-trip Caticlan airport transfers on the check-in and check-out dates.
• - Additional child charge is at PHP805 net, inclusive of round-trip Caticlan airport transfers on the check-in and check-out dates.
• - PHP900 net for adults and PHP450 net for children, 11 years old and below, per way. PHP1,800 net for adults and PHP900 net for children, 11 years old and below, per roundtrip transfers
• - Same rates apply to the additional (3rd) adult and child.
• For the safety and comfort of all our guests, pets are not allowed within the hotel premises.
• SMOKING: The Lind Boracay adheres to the executive order that prohibits smoking in all guest rooms, including the balcony. A cleaning fee of PHP 10,000 net will be charged for smoking inside guest rooms.
• DAMAGES / BREAKAGES: Please note that any damage to room items, linens, or furniture, not limited to stains, will incur corresponding charges. The hotel appreciates care for the spaces and amenities during the guest's stay.
• OUTSIDE FOOD: For safety and hygiene purposes, the hotel follows a non-outside food policy.
• DURIAN AND MARANG FRUITS: Strictly prohibited in the hotel, and will incur a deep cleaning fee of PHP 10,000 net.
• SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX: Safety deposit boxes are provided in all guest rooms. Please safeguard all valuables. Management takes no liability for valuables left in the guest rooms.
• EVENT SPACE: The Infinity is a private event venue that can be booked for intimate occasions. Our team can help you create memorable celebrations for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, renewal of vows, and other personal gatherings. The space is open to all in-house guests when not reserved for private functions.
• VISITORS: Visiting hours are until 22:00H only. Please register visitors who will sleep over at the Guest Experience Desk. Hotel facilities are exclusive to registered in-house guests only.
• DATA PRIVACY POLICY:
• - All the information guests provide is voluntary. They have the legal right to apply for a copy of the information the hotel collects, and correct any inaccuracies, as well as to object to its use for direct marketing or research purposes.
• - By signing up on the hotel's registration forms, guests agree to the use of their personal details, such as email address, mobile number, passport number, etc., for the hotel to deliver curated guest experiences.
• CANCELLATION POLICY:
• - Package and special rates are strictly non-refundable and non-rebookable.
• - For standard rates, bookings can be cancelled at least 21 days before arrival, except on peak dates as identified by the hotel. Bookings falling under peak season, including but not limited to Christmas, New Year (23 December to 04 January), Chinese New Year, and Holy Week, are non-refundable and non-rebookable.
